MS Outlook – Introduction

In this course students will learn how to navigate the program screen, insert and open attachments, view conversations grouped by subject and use instant search. They will also learn how to add contacts and enter basic appointments into their calendar, including meeting invitations.
If time permits students will learn how to respond to an email that requires that they choose a voting option.

MS Outlook – Intermediate

In this course students will learn how to flag messages for follow-up, manage conversation view, recall messages, use Quick Steps, insert screenshots and create a contact group. They will also learn how to change calendar options, share calendars and organize meetings. Students will also learn how to use tasks efficiently and use instant search.
If time permits students will learn how to send an email with voting options and then track the votes.

 

MS Outlook – Propel Productivity

In this workshop students will learn how best to manage e-mail, create tasks and calendar items as well as how to integrate the various parts of Outlook to function as a time and project management tool.
