MS Excel – Introduction
In this course students will learn how to navigate the program screen, open, save, print and close documents. They will also learn how to enter labels and values, copy and paste content and change the structure of a spreadsheet by inserting/deleting rows/columns and changing the height/width of rows/columns. Students will also learn how to format cells by adding borders and shading and print sheets.
MS Excel – Intermediate
In this course students will learn how to enter formulas and common functions efficiently, add comments to cells, position cell content accurately, apply conditional formatting, and create basic charts. They will also learn how to manage workbooks by inserting, renaming, moving and deleting them. Students will also learn how to insert headers/footers, and print multi paged documents. Lastly they will learn how to sort and filter data using tables.
MS Excel – Advanced
In this course students will learn how to modify charts, use the IF and VLOOKUP functions, and create an advanced filter. They will also learn how to summarize a table using a PivotTable, a PivotChart and slicers. Lastly, students will learn how to restrict data entry, analyze data using tools such as Scenario report, Goal Seek and grouped Subtotals. Of course, no advanced course would be complete without an overview of macros.
